Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Refunds are issued via an online payment method. 

       Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

 Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, email us at info@bambi.com.pk with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will send the replacement item once the original product has been received and inspected.
